Supplemental Program (2x a week)
This membership option is perfect for people who are already working out on their own and just want to add this to their current workout regimen! This membership option allows you to attend 2 classes a week, 8 a month.
Limited (3x a week)
This membership option is our most popular one. This can be someone who is just starting out and wants to ease into our program, or for the people who just doesn't have the time to commit to the unlimited package. This membership allows you to come 3x a week, 12 classes monthly.
